How are the letters delivered?

Journee letters are delivered right to your mailbox, creating a moment of excitement and wonder for your child. We use the trusted Royal Mail postal services to bring each adventure home, and you can choose special touches like wax seals for an extra magical experience. For international deliveries we are still using Royal Mail but they will hand over the letter to your local delivery service once the letter reaches your country.
