Journee pricing is built around a simple idea: pay once for a pack of letters, pick how often they arrive, add any extras you'd like, and that's it. No subscription, no surprise charges. Here's how it breaks down.

You choose how many letters your child will receive. The more letters in a pack, the lower the per-letter price.

5 letters — £12 per letter (£60 total). A short story arc that immerses your little hero in a new world for a few weeks.

8 letters — £10/letter (£80 total) — A longer story arc with real momentum, twists and attachment to the world.

10 letters — £8 per letter (£80 total). A fully developed storyline with a proper beginning, middle and end. This is the customer favourite and the best per-letter value.

Every pack includes a personalised adventure letter with your child's name on the envelope, 4-5 beautifully printed pages on premium paper, and full-colour illustrations throughout.

When you check out, you choose how often letters arrive: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Bi-weekly is the most popular — it keeps anticipation high without feeling rushed. Weekly suits faster readers, monthly works well as a slow-burn keepsake. You can change cadence later from your account.

Add-ons can only be selected at the initial checkout, and they apply to every letter in your pack.

Audiobook (£2) — A professionally narrated audio version of each letter. Loads onto a Toni-Box, Yoto Player, or any device that plays audio. Great for car journeys and wind-down time.

Custom Stickers (£1) — Three custom stickers per letter, reflecting characters and elements from the story.

Authentic Wax Seal (£1) — A real wax seal on the envelope. Adds a noticeable bit of magic to the moment your child opens the letter.

Digital Version (£1) — A PDF backup of every letter, available in your account, in case you want to keep a digital copy alongside the physical one.

Interactive Story (£1) — Engage with the story between letters via WhatsApp or your account. Your child's choices at the end of each letter influence the direction of the next one.

Journee is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. You pay once for your pack and that's it. If your child loves it and wants to keep going at the end, you can buy another pack at any time. The 5-letter and 10-letter packs can continue into a new story arc; the 3-letter pack is a self-contained taster and can't be extended.

There aren't any. The price you see at checkout — pack price, plus any add-ons you've chosen — is the final price. No subscription fees, no shipping fees on top, no surprises later.

Payments are processed by Stripe, the same provider used by many of the world's largest companies. We never see or store your card details on our own servers. After purchase, you can update your delivery address, payment method and child profile details anytime from your account dashboard, or by emailing us.

Because every letter is personalised to your specific child, we can't accept traditional returns once a letter has been produced. That said, if anything arrives damaged or isn't quite right, please get in touch and we'll make it right — usually a replacement letter, sometimes a refund for the affected portion, depending on the situation.
