When will the first letter arrive? Can I schedule the first letter to arrive on a birthday or special date?

We do our best to make every moment special! Your first letter typically arrives within about a week. If you'd like your child's adventure to begin on a birthday or another meaningful date, just select the specific delivery date during the sign up process. Please keep in mind that we are using traditional snail mail and we can not ensure that the letter is delivered on a specific date but only 'around this time'. However, we'll do everything we can to make the magic happen right on time.
