We do our best to make every moment special! In the UK your first letter typically arrives within about a week; abroad, allow for the post (up to 11 days to the United States and Australia). If you'd like your child's adventure to begin on a birthday or another meaningful date, just select the specific delivery date during the sign up process. Please keep in mind that we are using traditional snail mail and we cannot ensure that the letter is delivered on a specific date but only 'around this time'. However, we'll do everything we can to make the magic happen right on time.
