Data minimisation. We only ask for the basics - such as first name, age, interests to get going. If you want you can provide further data such as milestones, reading levels etc.

No selling. No ads. We never sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
Trusted processors only. Printers/shipping partners receive only what's required (e.g., name/address) under GDPR-compliant agreements.
Parent control. From your dashboard you can view, update, export, or delete your child's details at any time; we'll honour requests promptly.
Retention. We keep data only as long as needed for your subscription and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
Kids' privacy. Journee is set up for parents/guardians to manage a child's info; we don't knowingly collect data directly from children.
