Returns

Because every Journee letter is created specifically for your child, we can't accept traditional returns once a letter has been produced or sent. Each adventure is personalised with names, choices, and story details, which means it cannot be resold or reused.

That said, we always want families to have a great experience. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not quite right, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to make it right. In many cases we can resend the letter, fix the issue for future deliveries, or find another fair solution together.
